Los Angeles "Extended Host Permit" Approval Time in 2022-23

Hello LA Hosts-

Does anyone have any experience with the time it takes to get approved

for an "extended rental host permit" in LA County.

I have my application in so any help appreciated.

Hi @Mike2866 , I'm in the same boat. Submitted my docs and they kept coming back with more questions. I submitted everything on time but the 45 day window has lapsed and I'm on week 4 of waiting for approval? Last few years also delayed. I think they are bots working for Host Compliance? Whatever the entity City of LA outsources to? Have you tried emailing: planning.home-sharing@lacity.org?

I keep getting auto responses that they are delayed (no kidding!) and expect a 20 day turnaround?
