Loss of super host status

Thank you, Quincy! My question is why I lost my super host stats because a potential guest cancelled a month before his reservation.

A cancellation by a guest will not affect your Superhost status.

BTW Maybe choose another account-name, as your profile looks like:

"Hi, I’m (Email hidden by Airbnb"

"(Email hidden by Airbnb)’s listings"

True, in theory, but I've seen a few recent posts about this so perhaps there is a glitch going on?

Thank you for your advice about changing my name. I just assumed that was Airbnb’s way of doing things. Didn’t know that was up to me to set up.
