Low bookings

Hi,

I hosted my property for the last 1 year and I haven't got much bookings. Once in a bluemoon is when I get a booking.

If your bookings are once in a blue moon, then lower your price. 

Also, check the rates of other places nearby. I looked on Airbnb and there aren't many near to you, but I don't know the area at all.
