Low prices in Mississauga

Hi , 

I have been hosting on Airbnb since 2017 . I have started with Etobicoke area around Centennial park . I moved to Mississauga and started hosting this year and noticed one thing - prices in Mississauga are for some reason too low…one bed Basement in Etobicoke area people rent for 130-140 per night plus cleaning and Mississauga area is just 10-15 min drive and prices are way too low. With all inflation and expenses I assume that we should all increase prices as well , I see some people are giving away one bedroom for 90 $ per night or 2 bedroom for 100-115 $ for 4-5 people and I think it is just killing us all in general because we all need to lower price to be competitive and get some bookings! So please start increasing prices so we can all earn decent money ….. even Montreal is more expensive i  talked to people who travel a lot and in Montreal  for example is hard to find any Airbnb for less than 160$-200$ .
