For a new listing the Airbnb New Discount really helps.

Suggestion I don't know your market price but I would review your set up. $200 a night for 5 people and the 5th person sleeks on the living room couch.

You don't show or say offered anyway to put my clothes.  Since no laundry then my clean and dirty laundry is in my suitcase.

The ad says No Essentials.

Your description is very short.  Maybe use an AI writing tool to help you,

It is always good to pull up your listing as if a potential Guest,  All you know is the photos and the ad I think there are a lot of things Guests would love.  You have to share what you know.
