MISSING THREE PAYOUTS!!!

Hello!

Do You know what to do? I didn't receive three payouts for two weeks. Nobody can help me. Airbnb is telling me that I should contact with the bank or the payoneer. Payoneer doesn't want to talk with me at all. My bank needs the swift type of confirmations to try to help me which Airbnb and payonner (the don't contact) can give me. Really, for the first time in my life I do not know what to do. Nobody knows anything and telling me to contact with someone else...

This is so unprofessional. It seems like not funny joke!

Best wishes!

Same problem here. No payouts from 11-17.03 period. Airbnb and Payoneer are no help.

@Alfredo---Jakub0 pewnie masz konto w ING? Dużo osób ma z tym problem.

Hej!

Tak mam konto w ING!

Skąd wiesz, że dużo osób ma podobny kłopot? Macie ze sobą kontakt tutaj czy na jakiejś grupie? 😉

Pozdrawiam!

Zapraszam do grupy, tutaj dyskutujemy na ten temat

@Alfredo---Jakub0 @Piotr48 You could try a Twitter approach to Airbnb as they don't like bad publicity. You may get lucky and find @Sybe kicks Airbnb customer services for you. Failing all of the above I guess it would be a small claims court action but hopefully it will be sorted before then.

@Mike-And-Jane0 thanks for the tag! I'm not a fan of physical violence (or any violence) but I'm more than happy to try to give them a figurative push. 😉

@Alfredo---Jakub0 @Piotr48 I'll send both your cases over to the team. They'll get in touch with you soon and if I receive an update on my side I'll let you know!

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem with missing payments and no help from airbnb side. My payouts are already 10 days DELAYED.

@Sybe I would be grateful for your help.

Thank you in advance!

@Mike-And-Jane0 thank you! This is getting ridiculous at this point. Airbnb doesn't reply to my messages and I'd they do they send proof of payment which means nothing to my bank.

@Sybe thank you

@Mike-And-Jane0

Thank You SO much!

Nobody from airbnb, payoneer and bank can help us with that issue! The situation is very sad to me because I am cooperating with ABNB almost 6 years I had almost 200 reservations through them and for the first time I meet with such weak quality of customer service. 😕

Thank YOU! 😍

It's been almost 3 weeks since my bank returned payouts to Payoneer and still no one cares to solve this problem!! How long is it going to take?! I will be taking legal actions if it won't be resolved next week.

@Piotr48

As I see from the input of hosts on this post the problem you face is also happening to other hosts in Poland lately.

Perhaps the Airbnb logarithm (this is AI after all) concludes (based on the data it is feeding on) that there is a near 50% chance that Poland gets involved in a regional conflict soon and that it will get devastated on many levels (naturally also the hospitality and travel business will take a hit) so stopping payments to a certain percentage of hosts it randomly chose could be beneficial for the 'system' as there is a chance some of these hosts won't be around in an X amount of weeks or months.

I don't mean to alarm anyone nor be apocalyptic but it is just a thought that crossed my mind.

I know Romania distributed Iodine Tablets to its entire population.

I wonder if Poland is doing the same (I wouldn't be surprised if the PL govt hasn't followed Romania's lead. The current PL leaders don't come across as particularly able and competent and I am being very diplomatic here).
