Madison, WI host on-site requirements.

Hi everyone,

We're looking to rent out our place but we're a little confused about the city of Madison requirements that the host needs to be on-site, otherwise you can only rent the place for the total of 30 days a year.

How would we stay on-site if we're renting out our whole place?

Did you manage to find some more information about the on-site requirements for Hosts?

It could also be a good idea to check for 👉local host clubs in your area. You can ask this question to local fellow hosts there.

I ended up using airbnb and looking at other hosts and the description they've provided for their property. It seems to me that the only way people have airbnb'd the entire place is if they have two buildings located in the same lot, and the host themselves live in the other building.
