Major Yosemite STR regulations

Madera county is about to quietly pass major  revisions to its STR ordinance that would severely restrict rentals in the area. It would eliminate all ADU, Trailers, tiny homes, etc... even if they are permitted and legal. How can Airbnb help lobby? I'm guessing this will impact and close maybe 30 percent of the Yosemite STR market. Its huge.

The best way to lobby is for local short term rental hosts to get together and provide evidence to your local government to support your arguments for why trailers and tiny homes should be included .

it does make sense for local government to restrict STRs because of the adverse impact they can have on local housing markets and communities- it's about local hosts working together to influence what the restrictions look like @Kate3017
