I’ve been running my guest house on Airbnb for 4 years, over 200 5-star reviews and 96% occupancy. But we do all the cleaning and managing so I’m trying to find a management company.
I found Evolve and White Spider, but they make you take down your listing as they essentially take it over from scratch, do their own photos and answers inquires.
The issue is that I don’t want to give up my listing I worked so hard for.
Are their any management companies/ cohosts that you can hire to take over your existing listing? And what’s a reasonable cost. I would love to just let another company do it all.

Why don't you post on a local host forum for your area and ask for recommendations for experienced cohosts.
You should never let your listing be listed under the cohosts profile and it's appalling these large scale management companies expect owners to do this. Evolve has a poor reputation with hosts and guests if you look at their reviews and posts on this community.
Costs would depend on exactly what you want the cohost to do. Put together a brief outlining what areas you would like them to cover and they can provide you with a quote.

Great idea! I've been searching the Airbnb Community but I don't see a section for the Local Forum. I searched "Portland Oregon" in the tag but I only find my post.

I think I have the opposite issue-
these management companies didn't want their name under my profile as a co-host, they want to start over from scratch with a new listing under their company name and have me retire my listing so they didn't compete with one another. I asked them why would I want to retire a listing that took me 4 years to build and does so well? I simply want to keep my listing but hire a company that deals with inquires and schedules the cleaners.
Regarding your last paragraph: yes! If you message me I'll give you my contact info (I also responded on your other post).
