Managing a property

Hello everyone! I am listed as the host, but am managing the property for my fiance. Can I just add his financial and tax documentation?

@Lauren3574 I doubt it as it would effectively mean transferring the listing from you to him. I think you could add him as a co host and then allocate most of the income to the co host.

Otherwise talk to your accountant to see if you can transfer income to him some other way.
