Mattress in a box

Hi. I am very new to hosting airbnb and still getting furnitures and putting things together. I’d like to get your reco on mattress in a box for 2 Queen and 1 California King sizes. 

Nectar is having a Cyber Monday sale. With free mattress protector, duvet, sheet set and pillows, it’s $2,875.54 including tax in total for all 3 mattresses. I know it’s a good deal.

However, would you go with lower priced mattresses like Zinus or Amazon and get all extras like duvet, sheet set, pillows and protector from else where like BBB? Zinus is around $1,100-1,600 just for 2 Queens and 1 King mattresses in total.

What’s your recommendations or opinions? Thank you for your insights  in advance.
