Missing Airbnb payment

We rented our house via airbnb and have not received any money. Air bnb said they released the money on the 21st of Dec and we should receive it by 27th of Des 2024. As of today, the 1st of Jan 2025 we have received nothing. We have folllowed Airbnb’s instructions and have contacted our bank all to no avail. My bank requires a proof of payment in order to do an investigation and airbnb have failed to provide anything except the payment id. 
This is not my first time being paid by them so I know it’s possible. I’m at a loss as to what to do next? Can anyone offer advice?

My house is still being rented by the same people and it’s incredibly frustrating when it feels as though air bnb are not helping me.

Sorry to hear that some of your payouts were not coming through at the beginning of the year!

I was wondering if you could let us know whether there's been any progress since - have you heard from the support team and gotten this resolved in the end?
