Missing Payout

I have been on the phone a few times now with AirBnb trying to resolve a missing payout. Typically payouts are sent to my PayPal within 24hrs. It shows 'processing" on the Airbnb side and Paypal has no record if anything coming through. Paypal asked for a 17 digit transaction number which no one on the Airbnb Side can seem to find - I am out over $4000 this is unacceptable as this income is used towards maintaining this residence. I have been put to a specialized team and yet have not had a response or update. We are now 5 days since I should have had this payment.

I'm experiencing the same problem,  on Airbnb the payment just says  'on hold', my long term guest showed me that he had paid Airbnb but for some reason I'm not being paid. It has been referred to a member of the escalations team and also the specialised team. I have been told the technical team are working on it to get it resolved but they won't be able to provide a time frame. This is essential income for me also and put my home at risk. It's now 14 days since I should have had this payment and I am nowhere nearer to getting a resolve. I have bookings through til August 2025 its very worrying and is causing me considerable stress.
