Missing Payout

Missing Payout

My guests checked out on the 5th of April, it is now the 16th of April and I have still not received my payout? My account is setup as Bank transfer. Please any help or suggestions!! 

 

I posted previously and someone said that my first payout could take up to almost 4 weeks for security reasons? But I am just concerned that this is not the case. I have contacted my bank many times and

they have confirmed that there is no incoming payment due to me.

 

Has anyone ever experienced this?

Hi! I am also missing payouts! I called and created a ticket from support. I am getting automated messages. This is so frustrating. It's been more than a month, we hosted 2 stays for free so far. I requested this to be escalated but no solution yet. What to do?
