Missing Payouts and Airbnb ignoring me??

I am really desperate now - since December 2019 payouts amounting to over 100,000 INR have not been paid out to me! I have contacted support several times and each time they have acknowledged that there has been a glitch in the system and that they are working on it - and then they say that they have to close the thread to forward the issue to the technical department! I still haven't received those missing payouts and now they haven't even responded to my last message. What do I do??
