Airbnb has not given me a payout for a month. In that time there have been 15 reservations totaling $11,570. They have not given any explanation at all, other than “we’re looking into it” followed by silence. When I follow up, there is someone new working on our case. Does anyone know of an attorney that has dealt with Airbnb before?

Can you see if you can get @Amy-And-Zack0's situation escalated?
Sounds like maybe a simple error- what does your transaction payouts say? Are they showing “paid”? Is your banking information correct? You should see “upcoming payouts” and “paid out” section… curious what that says.
Not a simple error. Airbnb messed up bad and no one can figure out how to fix in on their team so far. Been over a month and over $13,000 in payouts

Yes please! Still nothing! We were told June 2nd a large lump sum was being sent our way still nothing!!! Over 15 reservations now and more checking in today! It’s unreal.
@Amy-And-Zack0 a nasty thought but have you checked your banking details to confirm you haven't been hacked and the payments diverted elsewhere?
Yup Airbnb knows I haven’t received any payments and agree on that. No where in transaction history. Pretty unbelievable I know. You would think a company this big would be able to figure this out. Been probably 20 phone calls and countless messages to the support team 😞

I'm having the same issue. It's really unacceptable. People have obligations that they must pay. A whole company that can't trace bank transfers sounds fishy to me.
It’s really unbelievable. Someone else reached out that they are owed $140,000!!!!

I have exactly the same issue. No payouts, No explanation and no way to escalate the issue past their first line support.
I feel completely robbed.
