Missing Payouts

Airbnb has not given me a payout for a month. In that time there have been 15 reservations totaling $11,570. They have not given any explanation at all, other than “we’re looking into it” followed by silence. When I follow up, there is someone new working on our case. Does anyone know of an attorney that has dealt with Airbnb before?

you are not alone, same here in Switzerland. WTF, this is illegal, at least European laws easier and less $$ to arbitrate to get $$ . I am starting this process tomorrw. Now 8 stays ove 5 weeks and $5,000 that they owe me...I feel robbed, and lied to

Have you had the issue resolved? Someone from here said I have to add an ID for the second beneficial owner but none of the support ambassadors know how to do this. Have you filed a lawsuit. I have already taken legal action

Hi everyone,

I am having a issue with the payment of a new add. The old one is everything ok but for the new, the gust arrived on 12.7 and today is 19.7 and still missing the payment.

customer service just tell me to wait a few days more but is clear some technical issue here that they are not taking the required actions

I’m having a major payout delay too, with no answers from Support - I keep being told that “someone is looking into it.”

In almost 10 years with Airbnb I’ve only ever had one other delayed payout issue (in 2018) and it was resolved within an hour of me contacting Airbnb support and the $ was in my account the next day. What the heck is going on?!?
