Missing Payouts

Airbnb isn't releasing the payouts for over 2 weeks now and they refuse to resolve the issue.

Its evident based on the correspondence to date, Airbnb is holding host's payouts without any legal right to do so and will not release the payouts and Airbnb has no explanation for this.  

We have spent over 30 hours looking into this and Airbnb is intentionally holding payments to Hosts based on other hosts experiences as indicated below:

I have the same problem.

The responses from Airbnb are so useless, I suspect they use bots to try and answer queries.

Sorry I have no advice. I'll try find a real person to talk to for assistance.

Hi @Derek-and-Maureen0 @Bob1429, Usually, we have seen on the Community Center, that the pending payouts can also be due to pending KYC updates. It would be worth double-checking if your KYC info is up-to-date. I wanted to share this link as well that talks about Verifying your Host account. 

I will also share your concerns with the team that may know more about what could be the issue here.
