Missing payout

I have not received the payouts for the last two guests and it was never a problem before. Does anyone know what to do?

You can check the status of the payouts in Transaction History pages.

If an upcoming payout has a date on it which has already past, then something is wrong.

 

You should also check if your payout methods are still OK.

 

If something is wrong you need to contact Airbnb: Airbnb Help: contact
