Missing payout

 I received two separate emails confirming that my payout method is confirmed. However, I have not received any payout. I contact the support team and call in on several occasion and they keep telling me that I will be contacted by the KYC Team in 24 hour hour and nothing. I am really need help and how to get this issue resolved. I have not received any payout since January 2023. I made several attempts and nothing

Hi @Bhumika, thank you for reaching out to the Team, I am yet to receive an update. I am willing to provide any details needed but I am just not getting any where. I am new to the platform, did a lot of research and have plans to host a number of properties through this platform. I am really disappointed as a new host. I made several attempts to get this rectified but I am not getting anywhere. I have not received any payout since I host the 1st guess in January of this year. 

My payout  is also missing.  I am not getting the right response from ambassadors. I was told the money is there but the ambassador and a supervisor do not know why it is not being released.  I have talked to various ambassadors and no one can help me.
