Missing payout

The booking number ** from 

12-22 October, the funds are still not yet received to my account, although due. 

However I I received an other booking that came afterwards.

I contacted your AIRBNB SUPPORT multiple times with chat and phone calls, sorry to say, I received lots of promises and NO result.
