@Peter212 The small claims court usually seems to work. Perhaps try a Facebook approach first as they don't like bad publicity either.

Thank you. Have never dealt with such incompetence let alone Airbnb now going quiet and not replying to my complaints which really are so simple to rectify.  To use other members words... they are a scam.
