Monthly rate is less than weekly rate

My calendar shows $275/night for each day June-August.  A weekly booking 7/2/22-7/9/22 shows $275 x 7 nights = $1,925 which is correct.  But a monthly booking 7/2/22-7/30/22 shows "Accommodation" = $248 ???

@Gail126 it looks like you have a monthly price set. When this is done it sets the month to the price not the nights in the month. Go into your pricing and look at the monthly prices and delete the erroneous one. By the way it doesn't show up in the calendar so its hard to spot

After 2 calls to support which gave me no resolution, I finally figured out that inside
"Monthly Discount" which said Not set, there was a Custom Price for July mistakenly set to the daily rate of $275.  So you were pointing me in the right direction.  Thanks for your quick reply, Gail

@Gail126 Airbnb outsources its CS so the reps are third party contract workers who know nothing about Airbnb. There isn’t any point in contacting them. Just come here instead 🙄
