Montreal host - New to the business

Hello everybody,
I live in Montreal (Verdun) and I would like to start a little hosting business.
I don't have any property but I plan to rent another apartment (different from my own) to dedicate to hosting.

Is there anybody here who hosts in Verdun and can give me an idea about the percentage of occupancy in the last years?

Any information will be very helpful.

I also don't know yet the steps to take in order to start this kind of business in Quebec...
If anybody here can help me will be greatly appreciated.
