Hello, I added the 3rd cabin its called Stress Free Retreat but we are not getting the bookings
on this one like the other 2 we have them all listed with airbnb and Vrbo , my question is what
can I do to get more bookings, I don't believe it's being looked at or seen by very many people,
therefore it's causing it to not book. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @Karla410
Your place looks great... good photographs that seem to show the highlights of your cabin including size, features and lots of wood.
As @Sharon1192 has mentioned, maybe your response to the one "not so good" review could put off potential guests, but since that was very recent it will not explain views and bookings prior to that.
One hair from a previous guest (or the cleaning team) may produce a guest reaction - and their review comment about the cleanliness of the bathroom.... or bedroom. This is our top priority when preparing for the next guest.
It is a large place and while very useful for some potential guests.. may be too big for some guests (my wife and I traveling would not consider it because of the size).
You will have a better idea than me of local/ competitive nightly rates... are you competitive?
You will be able to see how many potential guests are viewing your place from your Host Dashboard...
Select Menu
Select Insights
Select Views.
This will show how many people View your site and also then, how many convert to a Booking.
If many are viewing each day, but few are booking... then the information is not convincing the guests to book.
If few are viewing... that's another problem.
Put your browser in "Private Mode" and search for your site (by area etc). This allows you to see objectively how you are being seen/ found by the searchers. (and does not have Airbnb filters adjust to you as the host)
As Sharon mentioned.. it may also be the time of the year... a down time.
I hope there is something useful here.

Hello @Karla410!
Hi @Karla410 ,
The only thing that stood out to me was your response to the 3 star review. Upcoming bookers do read reviews and what the hosts say to the bookers. It came across very angry and defensive sounding (keep it more factual and to the point when responding to a negative) Ask them questions personally by a private message before responding, such as, what about the bathroom wasnt clean? What amenities in the kitchen were lacking? As far as the wasps, I dont think there is much that can be done but understand it didnt make for a nice stay for them even if it was out of your control, they just need to know you care. I would recommend reading "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara it helped me change my mindset in how I deal with guests. Another thing to note, is its slower season for me right now where I am, so that is something to take into account also. And with the score on that property being lower in will drop it down from being seen as compared to your other 2. Focus on how to get it back up and go extra above and beyond with guests from here to help bring it back up.

A good thing is you have enough review to identify what is the market that finds you attractive.
Reading your reviews you have groups , happy kids and happy pets. I didn't get the impression that any had a group of 11. Maybe targeting the wrong market.
The other side look at your photos if you are a group of 11, I couldn't not see 11 sleeping area in your photos. Then look your kitchen seating 6 not 11. Seating on the deck 5? Can your targeted market see comfort for their group for a week?
