I am Airbnb host since 2016. I love the Airbnb system and helping me to pay my mostgage and my daughter. Around 10 days ago around 11 pm Airbnb suspended my account and reason is :

Airbnb sent me APPEAL link 6-7 times and however link never worked. I am very sad. I need help please. Leyla KIZILIRMAK

My account has been reactivated as of today. Thank you so much for your time, for your support. Thank you @Jenny and @Helen3 for your advices. I will continue doing my best. Every time I see daffodils I remember my days in England. After University I lived in South of England for almost 2 years. England gave me opportunity to have broader vision. That's why I live in Canada.

Thank you for your time. I did read all articles about suspension. There is no guests complain. I respect Airbnb. My home is very clean and safe. I am available 24/7. I used to be superhost for a long time. I lost this title because I was away for few operations last year and my niece was looking after home. Because she is young some guests did not follow house rules, did not respect her. Anyway I am here and love what I am doing. I am really sad because I feel like criminal. I do not deserve this. If I did something wrong I would like to know. Thank you again.

Perhaps they suspended you because of something that happened with your nieces account . Was there perhaps something she wrote in reviews or with guest communications?
Thank you for your note. It was around 1-2 years ago. I talked to guest. it was not a serious complain. She does not have Airbnb account. She used to live with us.
No. She does not have any Airbnb account. She and my daughter helped guests when I was away. We always had excellent guests except 2 or 3 problematic ones in last 6-7 years. I book long term, minimum 30 days. I look after home very well, always clean and safe. I am around 24/7.
Have you stayed in an Airbnb with anyone else recently and there were host complaints about the booking? @Leyla61 That's my last thought that may have caused your ban.
In your shoes I would focus on running your STR business through our STR listing platforms and taking direct bookings.
Airbnb are a law onto themselves and won't tell you who it is that your profile is associated with which has caused the ban. Or even whether this is a valid ban in the first place.
We did not stay in an Airbnb.

I keep calling everybody who I helped with their Airbnb accounts, I helped to clean , organize their rooms. I try to put all pieces together. My friend Howard told me his account suspended as well the same day, the same time with the same person from Airbnb security team. May be this is the link. He had a problem with a guest around 2 weeks ago. Few days ago suspension removed and he is back to his business. We called Airbnb help line yesterday and explained. However I have received this email after: "..By opening an Airbnb account, you agreed to abide by our Terms of Service and all other site policies, including the Standards & Expectations. Furthermore, please note that we are not liable to a user in any way with respect to deactivating or canceling his or her account. Airbnb reserves the right to make the final determination with respect to such matters, and this decision will not be reversed. .."
