My guets arrived on 27/12/2019 and will leave on Saturduy 4/1/2019. Why has no payment being made?

If this was your 1st booking, it can take up to 30 days for Airbnb to pay (to avoid fake guests / frauds).

Following bookings are usually paid 24 hours after guest check in.

If this was not your 1st booking, you need to contact them directly - they will not reply via this forum
