Hello everyone
This might have been brought up before but i just didn’t find any information about this.
I’m currently hosting 2 in my apartment, the payment that should be paid to me is 1879 in Canadian Dollars as shown in the photo , but somehow i only received 1533 CAD. It does not show any taxes or anything, any explanation please .
This is a "long term stay" (more then 28 nights)
Which means payout is done in installments, You recieved the first installment.
Look at your Transaction History Pages and you probably will see the next payout (and final one, as reservation is 38 nights) is scheduled after a month.
Thank you for the clarification
I received £32 less than the payment stipulated I would receive. Is this the hosting fee for Airbnb?
Anne, the Host paid fee as well as applicable taxes normally are listed in the “Reservation Details” ( keep scrolling down the page on your computer) and then in the “Transaction History “- see the attached screenshot of my own. The Host fee is 3%.
My payout is $105 less than what I see from all the numbers provided ( as usual) by Airbnb. There’s an exchange rate involved, but it simply does not make any sense what was sent to me. And suddenly I am not getting any help from Support - they keep sending me lengthy articles how international wires function, etc. As if I had not been a Superhost for 8 years…
I am appaled and frustrated - any ideas who to take this issue to ?
Thank you, guys!
