I've been onto your listing and see that you operate as a company and are classed as a "professional" by Airbnb.
As such, all European hosts operating as companies had to submit email, phones, company address etc by 17th February as part of a new law passed by Brussels. However, this legal requirement is indeed showing on your listing and can be viewed by guests so it's baffling why your listing is suspended if you have supplied this information already?
But the real issue, is why you aren't receiving any follow-up from customer service and why you are in still in the dark over this business verification process. If we don't know what's missing, how can we rectify the problem??
There was a host on the French forum who was suspended because there were some company details missing but once they corrected the issue their listing was reinstated within hours.
@Rebecca - any chance that this might indeed be a bug if Nina is already in compliance with this new European directive?🤞
