My wife's account(guest) has been deleted without any explanation.

My wife and I are getting married in Florida this December so we booked and paid(in half) for 3 airbnb homes under her account in West Palm Beach for some of our family members. Payments came out of our bank accounts (about $3000 total) and a few minutes later we got emails that her account has been deleted due to a party risk.  I have no idea what that means and nowhere during the booking process was I warned to not book multiple homes in West Palm Beach area. She explained this on appeal and even shared the wedding venue confirmation email and her appeal was still rejected.
We are disappointed that we can't even get on the call with anyone and her account has been completely erased. She can't book any accommodations for family who will be flying from out of the country. Is there a way to resolve this? How can we get on a call with someone? We feel the whole process was automated and no one reached out to communicate anything with her.
