NON-PAYMENT FOR CANCELLATION

I booked accommodation for my best friend and I for April at Die Visserhuisie, in Paternoster, Cape Town, South Africa.  Due to Covid 19 cancelled this booking, and requested a refund.  Unfortunately almost 3 months later i have still not received my refund.  .

 

I have advised AIRBNB and the host, with not substantive response.  

 

How does this company maintain credibility with no integrity??
