NOT RECEIVING PAYOUTS

Airbnb has stopped paying our payouts for the past 6 weeks and will not release the funds.

We have reached out to Airbnb over and over again with no help and as we read further on line, many host are experiencing this same illegal treatment by Airbnb!

We will no longer accept any further reservations until we receive our money and will be taking our listings off of Airbnb if this is the way Airbnb treats its hosts which by the way is the whole reason Airbnb exists!!!!!

Hello @Derek-and-Maureen0, I'm sorry to hear about this situation. Have there been any updates since you posted in our Community? It seems this was a matter of uploading some ID documents to the Airbnb platform.
