NYC Class B Exemption Listing

Hello Everyone, I own a Class B property in NYC. I have attempted for weeks to list my unit on Airbnb and have been met with the same issue over and over again. "Reach out to a market manager to claim exemption". Support from Airbnb might as well not even exist, they will not help whatsoever. I've reached out to countless "Specialist" departments that just don't care and route me to my local government. Im posting this in the hopes of someone out there with actual knowledge to reach out to me. Id compensate for your time.

im having the same problem and it seams like Airbnb don't know themselves how to fix this problem.

No, Airbnb could not help me. I ended up listing on VRBO without any issues at all. Good luck @Cheryl-and-Mike0

The only way I am making any progress is to list on Vrbo instead.  Much easier process!  Good luck! @Sharda8
