Are you a Host in NYC? In light of the evolving landscape shaped by Local Law 18 (Short-Term Rental Registration Law) in New York City, it's an important time to consider your options for your NYC property 🤔

Interesting what made you as someone who's not a host join our community to post these links @Jonathan2190
Nice to hear from someone across the pond, @Helen3 👍
Full disclosure: I work in real estate in NYC. Had a conversation this week with a host/owner of a two-family house who's struggling to figure out how to move forward. He's looking at pivoting to longer (6-month) stays, but that has it's own pros and cons.
Hosts will make their decisions, but if any are thinking about taking their properties to market, either traditionally or creatively, then our team may be able to help.
Good luck in UK! Any new local restrictions there?
Full disclosure always a good idea to read the rules of a community before posting on it.
If you had you'd realise it's explicitly against the terms of this community to use it to try and promote your business. @Jonathan2190
Thank you @Helen3. I haven't promoted my business anywhere, I'm offering information to NYC based Hosts who may find it useful based on what I'm seeing here. But I'll definitely take another look at the policy.
