After reading LL18 requirements online, I'm still confused on what the requirements of this new law are and if my mixed use home would qualify for renting one or two of the apartments on AirBnB. (1) Does anyone have a link to clear and concise answers on what is or isn't eligible for for prospective hosts in NYC? or know if renting one or two apartments in my home would be legal under the new NYC LL18?

Hope to AirBnB one or two units in my owner occupied, 4-family mixed use home in Brooklyn.
No sprinklers in building.
