Need renters!

Hi, I have a 30+ rental in the Palm Desert area in California- very popular for snowbirds in the winter, but I am having trouble renting.  It’s a single family home, on the golf course with a private pool and spa.

Thank you Alex.  @Jody267  - I just took a peek at your home - it's absolutely breathtaking.  I did try to see what dates are available, and it appears you are really booked out.  I kept going further out in your calendar and noticed you have a 30 day minimum.  This might be the reason for not getting multiple bookings - idk.  At any rate, please let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

Thank you for coming to help @Jody267. 🤗 That's a really good observation. What number of days do you recommend Jody set as the minimum stay?

Hi @Jody267,

Wowsa! This is one of the more interesting homes I have seen in a while.  The home has impressive architectural lines and an undeniably cool, modern structure. However, the decor feels somewhat mismatched with the style of the house, creating a slightly disjointed experience for me... though I do have a bit of ADHD.   lol

If it were my listing, I would move the double recliners away from the sliding door in the master. It makes me feel a bit trapped.

The bathrooms, in particular, could benefit from a cleaner presentation to match the sleekness of the design. For example, how the towels are displayed is actually such an important detail, and it could elevate the space. I would also have full paper towel rolls on display in the kitchen and new toilet paper rolls when they take photos... It's an issue that may just be all me... 🙃

I’d also suggest considering the aerial shot of the pool (photo #16) as the cover photo for the listing... it makes such an impact visually, and changing it regularly might help keep the listing fresh and engaging, potentially benefiting the algorithm (though I can’t say for sure).

For the top 5 photos, I would choose #3 for sure, it has such cool lines #19,# 17, and #14 to really draw guests in.

Thank you for making my day a bit brighter. I love, love, love the architecture.  It is such a beautiful home. 💛

Kindest regards,
Jamie
