After hosting 1 year, I've already had to "fire" 2 cleaning companies. They just don't get into the details like they should....

Recently for two reservations, when reviewing the payout breakdown (see image below), I noted that the guest(s) were being charged slightly less than my posted prices for their stay. However, reading further it appears that Airbnb is subsidizing the difference (noted as "seasonal adjustment"). I've not heard about this in the few years that I've been a host.
Is anyone else aware of this "promotion"? I didn't authorize nor request this. Ultimately, I don't mind as long as I'm receiving the expected payouts for my posted prices.
Thoughts?!!
