New Host in town

Hello everyone! My name is Dan and I am from Manila.

We’re in the process of designing our studio condo. Our target guests are those who want to get away from the city noise, crowd, and busy lifestyle. We want to provide them space - work, exercise, relaxation. Minimalist comes to mind initially with multi function furnitures. 

I am not sure if this is the right time to do this because of the pandemic but we want to have a some sort of passive income. Any tips or ideas how to make it work during this difficult time?
