New Midterm rental Huntington Beach California

Hello. I just posted my condo on this forum and I am a complete newbie. My area requirements are 31 days or longer. So, I am considered a midterm rental. Is there anyone out there who can give me some pointers on getting this rented as soon as possible? Thank you.

Be extremely careful using Airbnb for long term rentals - you need eviction to remove someone and Airbnb will not help.
