New Payout Rules for Photographers?

It seems as though Airbnb has opted to punish photographers for some reason. Instead of the 24hr payout I've received for the past 7 years, now photography hosts need to wait 8 days?? This is why so many hosts charge a deposit on Airbnb and collect the remainder in person.

@Aria15290 At this point, there doesn't seem to be any official communication from Airbnb confirming an 8-day payout delay for photographers or Experience Hosts. While some community members have reported changes, it's not currently reflected in Airbnb's Help Center or policy updates.

If you're experiencing a delay, it's best to contact Airbnb Support to get clarity.  You can also try reaching out to @AirbnbHelp on Twitter/X, that team often provides quicker, more direct responses.
