New building (house) being build next to my listing

Just found out today a new house is going up next to my listing. I have a lot of confirmed bookings and need go give them a heads up on this new development. Need some help as to how to get this message over, and how to put it on my listing.  Help with this will be much appreciated.

@Huibrecht0 I would contact existing bookings, explain the situation, and offer them a free cancellation. You could think about say a 10% discount if you think that would be worth doing.

For future bookings just state in your description that building work is being carried out next door.

Since it has been a while, how are you dealing with this now? Were you able to successfully communicate this to your guests or recent bookings?
