New host, haven't been paid and doesn't show up as pending. Help

HI.  We just hosted our first two sets of guest but haven't been paid yet nor is either payment listed as pending. Please help with this. The Airbnb confirmation bank transfer of $0.01 did go through when I initially set up the payment method so it should be working. Why am I not even seeing these two payments as pending? First guest checked in on 12/27 - so 1 week ago - and second guest checked in on 12/31 - 3 days ago.

@Laura4017: Both should figure under Payment history and payed out already!

@Laura4017  As far as I'm aware, new hosts have to wait up to 30 days for the payment from their first reservation. After that, you should see payments released 24 hours after check-in. But if you want to be sure, contact Airbnb to find out whe you could expect to be paid. There have a been a lot of reports of late payments in the last little while, but I've been receiving mine on time.

@Sarah977: Even if this would be the case (30 days) the payment must appear as "pending"
