New to Airbnb in Paraguay

Hello... my name is Marco I am an Australian living in Paraguay and I started with Airbnb 3 months ago... it hasn't gone that bad but... now my performance is going down a lot... I would like to know if someone  can help me and I can also can help in my own way here...

 I am relatively new to Airbnb and I would like to see if someone can help me... I would like to see where to publish my Airbnb on what pages etc??? I know that our biggest visitors are Argentines and Brazilians... where can I publish to attract more people to my Airbnb?

I also joined Booking but the management of Booking is really a disaster. I lost money for not understanding the properly management there

@Marco5389 Just took a look at your units. Love the work you have put into them. Also, I'm so intrigued how you ended up in Paraguay. I'm an American but live in Ethiopia. 

Sorry to hear about your frustrations with other online platforms. May I ask if you use a property management system? That has really allowed me to use multiple booking sites to increase my exposure as well as ensure I don't double-book or other issues. Additionally, I noticed that you do not use dynamic pricing on your listings. This is always a positive because it allows you to maximize revenue on high demand nights and lowering prices on less-demand nights.

Thanks for your input Thomas.. like I said I am new to this.. I had a local property management team but in the end besides Airbnb taking 15% .. the property management team between cleaners and the Use of their management were taking another 40% out of my final margin so I didn't think it was worth it.. If you have an on line property management team that I could use I would welcome a WhatsApp contact number.. Thanks.

I moved here because primarily I have my mother that lives out here and basically long story short I ended up here.. I live in a small Border City of Encarnación which is very popular in Paraguay because it has a 32 km coastline with a couple of Riverside beaches .. so in Summer the population duplicates here. It's a very easy going city with a very old style of life not your normal hustle and bustle of City life. This year we have seen a huge influx of foreigners from all nations coming this way from french, Canadians, Russians, Germans as well as people from surrounding countries (Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay)making a move to Encarnación because of its calm lifestyle and most probably for the low taxes paid here.
