New to hosting: how to price my listing in CO?

Hello I am new to hosting by myself. I was helping my son in California, I had a lot  fun helping him and running his aibnb at times. Now I’m living in CO and soon will be listing my studio in the basement high basements , two’s  bedrooms , small  living room big backyard with grill and seating area, I  will accommodated #3 adults...no  an underground basement . And  I need some help with the  pricing please! Gracias .

It lists a range of advice for hosting in the United States, and if you go to the Local regulations section, you will be able to dig into some CO-specific information to be aware of.
