I will like to become a host. I will like to put my palm beach condo in Airbnb but I need some guides. What are the requirements in this area to operate an Airbnb and also I have some questions regarding taxes? Does Airbnb collect taxes or does something I have to take care of my own ??

I would suggest to search through this forum there is a mountain of info here,

Also contact a Lawyer and your local authorities to see if it's allowed to rent your condo,

In America you have many rules and regulations regarding STR business,

Also check with your neighbours they might not like it, We didn't in our Bangkok condo Airbnb was banned.
