No RFC or CURP in Mexico

Hi guys, I'm looking to start Airbnb my condo however after browsing these forums it seems pretty clear that you need an RFC# to do so legally. The wait right now is months in Cabo. I found this article that appears linked to Airbnb : https://nonresidents.recursosfiscalesairbnb.com/

At the bottom of the page there is a company called TaxConcierge, they told me I can send them all my rental income direct to their bank account, they will then deduct their 5% cut and whatever tax is owed, and then forward me the rest. All done under THEIR RFC business account #. Is there anything I need to be aware of? Is it a bad idea to not be filing taxes under my own name? Is this an official Airbnb page and is Airbnb endorsing this company officially? Is anyone else using Tax Concierge? Any input appreciated. Thanks

I see that you have not had any answer yet to your request for more than a few months

Hi Timothy. I’m going through this same issue. Have you used the company? Airbnb is telling me to use them as well it’s referred on one of there pages.
