No Support from collecting team and Host Guarantee

I had a payout problem for the guest who initially booked 3 nights on December 16th, then she extended 14 nights so total 17 nights. It shows total $933.09 in the reservation page, but I received only $171.69. I started calling Airbnb regarding this problem regularly every other day since these guests we’re in my home. I can say that I have called Airbnb 30 times. Unfortunately every time they said all case managers are busy and they will contact me by phone or email and no one had time to send me an email. I am a supper host and I’ve been with Airbnb since 2017. Recently I had a lot of financial problems with Airbnb and very weak support from them and no support for this case.
