No money

This is my 1st experience with AirBNB which unfortunately has been extremely terrifying and caused lots of stress and damages. I have never seen something like this!!  

My payment method states that I should receive my payment 3–5 business days 24h after check in. 1st gust checked in on the 1st of may meaning my payment should have been received on the 7th of May. However, I received an email on the 2nd of may stating that payment will be in my bank account on the 9th of May. Today we are the 14th of May and nothing has been received. I have been contacting airbnb help centre who provided me with very conflicting information, incorrect banking identification number…. After long time wasted by myself and my bank checking I have been informed by my bank that the identification number they provided is not correct and my bank asked for the the formal payment identification number ARN . Since I asked several times for the normal banking payment identifier to confirm that they have made the payment but I keep receiving conflicting and unclear answers until yesterday when one of your team accepted that the payment has not been done by AIRBNB blaming the system. Reading some reviews online it looks like this has been the case for long time and wonder How a system can be blamed for years!! They say that the issue needs to be escalated to another team with no idea about time frame few months, years.... !! They are not even able to confirm the bank account details where the money has been sent although we have gone through the security questions. So can not blame security reasons for that!!! Can anybody help me get my money and pay my outgoing please?? As you can imagine we have other dependencies and other people/business are waiting for their money. AIRBNB RECIEVED THE MONEY FROM THE GUTS MONTHS/WEEKS AGO but for me There 2 large payments now missing for which I received email confirmation that payment have been made but no money has been received or any sight for it to be received!!!!

Have you called Airbnb Custômer Services to chase the payment @Zed56 

Thank you. I did several time and they are not able to provide the usual banking identifier. Twice incorrect number and my bank are tired of checking!!! They are not providing neither the ARN not the Transaction Reference Number - TRN. 

Now I am being told to wait an other 7 to 10 working days to get the correct banking identifier. Not sure why it has not been provided first place!!!!!!!!!! 

Anybody can advice what can be done next please?
