No payment 3 weeks later

I have still not received payment 3 (three) weeks later (Reference code ** ) and no one from AirBnB has replied to my endless messages. My bank had no record of Payoneer Payment code: ** - My bank in South Africa requires a copy of the Swift transfer form MT103. I have now requested this on numerous occasions and no one comes back to me. Please help me. Thank you Keith

I now get told THE CASE IS CLOSED no one has got back to me and I still do not have my money
