No payment from Airbnb - no answer

Hi there,

We haven‘t recieved any payments from Airbnb since 18th of April. There is no explination and no answer from Airbnb. It‘s quite a huge amount and I would like to know if anybody else has the same problem and we see a financial crisis of Airbnb due to corona.

Thanks for your question. I have asked Airbnb three times within the last 10 days - without any anwer until now.
